Scheduled after each guest, we check for damage, provide professionally washed linens and towels, reset beds, clean all rooms, disinfect surfaces, clean bathrooms from top to bottom, clean kitchen and appliances, mop and vacuum floors, and restock supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.

Scheduled like a Regular or Same Day Flip, our Deep Clean includes all Flip services plus those out of the way items, like baseboards, fan blades and windows, and under refrigerators or stoves. We encourage once every two to three months, and is only scheduled upon your approval, or after a guest stay of 3 weeks or more.

This service combined with your Regular Flips ensures the home stays well maintained and clean.

• Engage in occasional home visits during extended periods of inactivity

We are accessible 7 days/week from 8am-8pm to all guests 

(off hour calls, texts and emails are monitored and responded to as soon as possible)

For the homeowner that does not want the Concierge Service, but still needs site visits to check in on the home, coordinate with garbage collection, or whatever need may arise. Our ability to be flexible takes the worry out for you!
